WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Mileage Pay

$.58–$.65 CPM based on experience. Practical miles, not shortest route.

Detention Pay

$20/hour after 2 hours. Your time matters. We track it automatically.

Stop Pay

$15 per additional stop. Multi-stop loads are compensated fairly.

Layover Pay

$150 per night when detained away from home base. No questions asked.

Average annual earnings for our drivers: $72,000–$88,000. These aren't recruiting numbers — this is what drivers actually took home last year. Ask us for details when we call.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions
  • Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
  • Clean MVR — no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
  • No DUI/DWI in past 5 years
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Reefer experience preferred but not required
  • Must be 23 years of age or older
  • No at-fault accidents in past 3 years
